Job Description

  • Schedule and verify appointments and meetings of enterprise.
  • Order office materials and hold inventory.
  • Answer phone and electronic enquiries and relay smartphone calls and messages.
  • Set up and keep guide and automatic information filing systems.
  • Determine and set up office approaches.
  • Greet site visitors, verify nature of enterprise and direct site visitors to business enterprise or suitable man or woman.
  • .May bring together statistics, statistics and different information to aid studies sports.
  • May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of cutting-edge software.
  • Open and distribute incoming ordinary and e-mail and different fabric and co-ordinate the drift of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
