Job Description

  • Verify items received against packing slip and match to the purchase order.
  • Count all items received and verify against packing slip and purchase order.
  • Ensure accuracy of all counts and transactions made into current ERP
  • Print and accurately label all boxes with part numbers and quantities.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and/or work with Purchasing to get them resolved.
  • Follow all safety rules of the organization.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a receiving function
  • Operate counting scale
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and other department.
  • Basic math – adding, subtracting, multiplying
  • High School Diploma or GED
