- Verify items received against packing slip and match to the purchase order.
- Count all items received and verify against packing slip and purchase order.
- Ensure accuracy of all counts and transactions made into current ERP.
- Print and accurately label all boxes with part numbers and quantities.
- Work with other departments to distribute material as received for MRO and supplies.
- Reconcile discrepancies and/or work with Purchasing to get them resolved.
- Follow all safety rules of the organization.
Qualification and Skills:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a receiving function
- Operate counting scale
- Computer literate
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and other department.
- Basic math – adding, subtracting, multiplying
- High School Diploma or GED
