- Partner closely with the business and function to understand current and future talent needs.
- Act as an Employer Brand ambassador by modeling Gore’s values and principles at each candidate touch point.
- Develop and drive sourcing strategies that leverage current and emerging channels.
- Assess candidate capabilities in alignment with functional competencies and Gore culture fit.
- Support integrated talent management initiatives through close partnership with Talent Manager, HR Business Partner and Total Rewards team members.
