  • Counseling with Project Managers, Design and Development groups, Learning Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Fills in as the key association point between the learning group and colleagues during learning arrangement examination, structure, and advancement.
  • Examining adapting needs to decide viable learning arrangements that address information as well as execution holes in the intended interest group.
  • Creating low/abnormal state configuration, definite structure record), that prompts preparing intercessions that empower customers to quicken change and drive improved execution.
  • Supporting conveyance of the pilot session and finishing required modifications.
  • Planning and directing the TTT session, whenever required.
  • Concentrating on the advancement of numerous modules.
  • Filling in as the Design Lead for the undertaking when numerous IDs are included and to lead and guide them.
