- Goes in any event five (5) CXC Subjects comprehensive of Mathematics and English
- Microsoft suite – explicitly MS Word, Excel and Project Manager, and Adobe Office Suite

- Update and keep up a functioning rundown of Emergency Contacts and Tenant contact records comprehensive of Tenant data manuals.
- Offer help to the Properties Manager by creating, adjusting and/or appropriating different structures, spreadsheets, manuals, data bundles, and various sort composed data.
- Procedure correspondence for inhabitants, temporary workers and other outsiders for the Properties Department.
- Keep up and update documents for all occupants and contractual workers performing work at the site.
- Handle incidental assignments as mentioned by the executives
- Handle occupant, merchant and planned inhabitant walk-ins
- Keep up, report and deal with the division's budgetary consumption.
