Job Description

  • As the Regional Director – Credit and Collections, you will be capable to viably guide portfolio development through territorial administration to meet the Company's targets. 
  • You will be in charge of creating, through the Branch Managers, both the shopper and independent venture advance portfolio in the area by expanding worker potential, moderating dangers, and by gaining, constructing, and holding significant client connections.

  • Supervise local accumulations division

  • Capabilities/Traits:

  • A degree in Business Management or related control
  • Minimum of 7 years of supervisory/administrative involvement in micro finance or related industry.
