Job Description

  • Get ready arranging reports, fundamental and detailed structures and supervise the development organization related with new or potentially the restoration of separated interstates, blood vessel streets, authority streets, nearby streets, and bicycle trails;
  • Plan starter Designs for CAD staff and survey CAD drawings;
  • Plan Contract Specifications, Tender Documents, and Applications for Approvals;
  • Audit and issue finished Shop Drawings;
  • Facilitate and guide junior staff working inside the division;
  • Liaise with Clients, Sub-specialists, Contractors and development supervision staff;
  • Help with the planning of Proposals for future ventures.

The Skills, Knowledge And Abilities We Seek

  • Expert Engineer (P.Eng.) authorized in Ontario with 7 – multi year, ideally from a counseling building office condition in Ontario;
  • Solid PC programming aptitudes including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Word, Excel and MS Project. Extra programming knowledge with Micro-Station or potentially InRoads would be an advantage;
  • Involvement in arranging, fundamental plan, definite structure, and development organization related with new as well as the restoration of separated expressways, area/civil and neighborhood streets, bicycle trails, cycle tracks, and dynamic transportation offices;
  • Involvement with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) Design Standards, Specifications, Policies, Practices and Processes alongside MTO's Highway Costing System (HiCo) and Contract Preparation System (CPS) and RAQS Registered would be a benefit;
  • Talented in expense evaluating, amount readiness and determination composing;
