Job Description

  • Working with Guest Service Department with setup of new home owner accounts.
  • Reconciliation of inventory counts to general ledger balances.
  • Help with daily auditing and tracking of various posting to member and guest folios
  • Daily cash and credit card reconciliation from outlets – balancing with point of sale system
  • Assist in any additional projects and general accounting task as needed
  • Monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of inventory counts to general ledger balances.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a resort operations and property management preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a group environment
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with, or proficiency in, Maestro or other property management software.
