Job Description

  • Maintain documents and records so that they remain updated and effortlessly available.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and put together outgoing mail (envelopes, programs, and so forth.)
  • Answer the device for taking messages or redirect calls to suitable colleagues
  • Utilize office home equipment inclusive of photocopier, printers and so forth. And computers for phrase processing, spreadsheet introduction and so on.
  • Undertake primary bookkeeping tasks and trouble invoices, assessments and many others.
  • Help out with office control and company strategies.
  • Monitor stocks of workplace components on-line (paper clips, stationery etc.) and document when you may find out shortages.
  • Help out with making journey preparations and reserving venues for conferences and events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven enjoy as workplace clerk or some other clerical position.
  • Knowledge of workplace tactics and fundamental accounting standards.
  • Working comprehension of workplace devices and strategies.
  • A speedy typist with expertise in stenography and taking dictations.
  • Very appropriate comprehension of MS Office.
